A new regulation has gone into effect in the Eastern Sierra. The waters of the Upper Owens River and the East Walker river will be open to year-round fishing for the first time in many years. This is very exciting news for the fishing community. If you haven't experienced winter fishing in the Eastern Sierra you don't know what your missing. Let me show you how much fun it can be.
