In these seminars we can customize your trip to many different angles.  Whether you are a first time fly fisher wanting to learn the basics to be able to go out and catch fish on their own or an experienced fly fisher just wants to be able to learn some new techniques and also to catch a few more fish, then come on out and cast your way to a fish of a lifetime.

Day 1:  Meet at 8:00 a.m. at Crowley Lake Tackle Shop

1. Talk about fishing strategies for the day
   How to set up a productive rig (Knots, Leader Building, Proper Indicator)
2. The flies that are present in the water we're fishing, Life cycles of the
   flies and emergence explanation
   
3. Casting Clinic
   -How to cast those long leaders with effective casting
   -Casting Demo (Practice)
4. Go Fishing!
   -Stillwater Nymphing Clinic on Crowley Lake
   -How to effectively set the hook
   -How to play big fish on the reel
   -Proper catch and release techniques
   

Day 2:  Meet at 8:00 a.m. at Performance Anglers

1. Set everyone up with full wading gear and flies for the day
2. Casting Clinic
   -presentation of the dry fly
   -Laying down some line for that extra ten feet
   -How to approach a rising fish
3. Go Fishing!
   -Dry Fly Clinic on the Upper Owens
   -How to identify a rise form
   -Fly Selection
   -Presentation of the fly
   -How to button up to a fish with out breaking that supple tippett
   -Proper catch and release techniques
4. Slack Line Nymphing Clinic
   -How to set up a productive nymph rig
   -Identifying lies and seams in the river where big fish call home
   -Effective approaches when deep nymphing
   -Casting weighted leaders
5. Meet at the Alpenrose Sierra Grille in Mammoth Lakes for a 3 course, 5
   star meal!
